Here is the rundown on the video posted on my IG (8/18/17)
This works best with a partner but if you do not have a workout buddy you can definitely do it yourself.
1. High Knees - 30 seconds
Chair hold - 30 seconds
2. Ski lunges - 30 seconds
Rotate torso each time
3. Squat 30 seconds
Burpee ball pass
4. Table top crunch ball pass - 30 seconds
Balanced burpee
Repeat these 4 steps 2 more times
Live well. Be well.
